设备可保存吸烟/戒烟记录、诱因、心情、场景、戒烟计划、渴求应对、家庭场景选项、提醒和教练对话，并以设备安全存储中的密钥加密。创建云账号时，我们处理邮箱、内部用户 ID、会话和安全元数据，用于一次性验证码登录和防滥用。开启同步后，吸烟/戒烟记录、计划、渴求应对和每日确认会与账号关联上传，以提供备份和跨设备同步。
在线 AI 默认关闭。只有用户已登录并明确同意时，当前消息和最少的当日指标才会经我们的服务端发送给 OpenAI；教练自由文本不进入普通云同步、社区或排行榜。紧急信息优先在本机处理。加入社区后，公开内容仅包括随机昵称、派生积分、连续记录和点赞；不公开邮箱、真实烟量、家庭信息或位置。Apple 和 RevenueCat 处理购买、收据与订阅状态，我们保存提供 Pro 权益所需的用户 ID、商品/权益和有效期。
我们使用托管数据库/服务器提供账号与同步，邮件服务提供商投递登录邮件，OpenAI 提供经同意的 AI 回复，RevenueCat 与 Apple 提供购买和订阅管理。它们按合同、适用法律及各自政策处理完成服务所需的数据。WHO、CDC、NHS 外链仅在用户主动打开时处理访问。
数据用于提供、保护、排错和支持用户请求的功能。我们不出售个人数据，不投放广告，不进行跨应用或跨网站跟踪，也不把健康数据用于第三方定向广告。除服务提供商、法律要求、保护安全或经用户指示外，不向第三方披露。
本机数据保留到用户清除或卸载。云数据通常保留到账号删除；安全、交易和备份记录可能按「安全与交易记录最长 12 个月、加密备份最长 30 天」的安排有限保留。我们使用传输加密、访问控制、服务端密钥管理和设备端加密，但任何系统都不能保证绝对安全。服务提供商可能在用户所在国家以外处理数据，具体保障由各服务提供商的隐私政策与安全承诺说明。

The device may store smoking/cessation logs, triggers, mood, situation, quit plan, craving interventions, household-context choices, reminders, and coach chats, encrypted with a key held in system secure storage. For a cloud account, we process email, internal user ID, sessions, and security metadata for one-time-code sign-in and abuse prevention. With sync enabled, smoking/cessation records, plan, interventions, and daily confirmations are linked to the account and uploaded for backup and cross-device sync.
Online AI is off by default. Only after sign-in and explicit consent are the current message and minimal same-day metrics sent through our server to OpenAI. Free-form coach text is excluded from ordinary sync, community, and leaderboards. Emergency input is handled locally first. Community displays only a random alias, derived points, streak, and likes—not email, exact smoking quantity, household details, or location. Apple and RevenueCat process purchases, receipts, and subscription state; we retain the user ID, product/entitlement, and expiry needed to provide Pro.
We use hosted servers/databases for accounts and sync, an email service provider for sign-in email, OpenAI for consented AI responses, and RevenueCat and Apple for purchases and subscriptions. They process data needed to provide those services under contracts, applicable law, and their policies. WHO, CDC, and NHS links process a visit only when the user opens one.
Data is used to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and support requested features. We do not sell personal data, show ads, track across apps or websites, or use health data for third-party targeted advertising. We disclose data only to service providers, when legally required, to protect safety, or at the user’s direction.
On-device data remains until cleared or uninstalled. Cloud data generally remains until account deletion; security and transaction records may be retained for up to 12 months and encrypted backups for up to 30 days. We use transport encryption, access controls, server-side secret management, and device encryption, but no system is perfectly secure. Providers may process data outside the user’s country under the privacy and security commitments described in their own policies.
Users can disable notifications, withdraw AI consent, sign out, request export, delete the cloud account in-app, and separately clear local data. Cloud deletion revokes sessions and deletes or schedules deletion of associated cloud data; local records remain as disclosed until cleared. See https://breathefree.corrin.cc/delete-account. The app is for adults age 18 or older and does not knowingly collect children’s data. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page with an updated effective date.
