BreatheEasy 仅用于自我记录、教育和行为支持，不诊断、治疗、开具处方、推荐剂量或保证戒烟结果。减量不表示继续吸烟安全。金额基于用户价格；少抽、家庭保护事件和积分不是毒素剂量、疾病概率或儿童伤害减少量。紧急症状或自伤风险请立即联系当地急救/危机服务。
AI 回复可能不准确或不适合个人情况，不应作为医疗决定的唯一依据。社区使用匿名昵称但并非绝对匿名；用户不得提交身份、敏感健康或非法内容。积分和排行可能因反滥用、纠错或服务规则调整。
Pro 的价格、周期、试用和权益在购买前显示。付款由 Apple 处理；除非在当前周期结束至少 24 小时前于 Apple ID 订阅设置取消，否则订阅自动续期并由 Apple 扣款。用户可在系统订阅设置管理/取消，并在应用内恢复购买。退款和计费争议适用 Apple 规则及不可放弃的消费者权利。删除 BreatheEasy 账号不会自动取消 Apple 订阅。
服务可能变更、中断或终止；我们不保证永久可用或特定结果。用户可随时停止使用并删除账号。适用法律不允许排除的保证、责任和消费者权利不受影响。本条款适用中华人民共和国法律，争议由运营者住所地有管辖权的人民法院管辖。联系：support@corrin.cc。

Only adults age 18 or older may use the app voluntarily. Provide a reachable email, protect the device and codes, and take responsibility for account activity. Do not attack, scrape, automate points, impersonate, harass, bypass quotas, or misuse the app, AI, community, or service. We may restrict features or disable an account for safety, legal requirements, or serious violations.
BreatheEasy is for self-tracking, education, and behavior support. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, recommend doses, or guarantee cessation. Cutting down does not make continued smoking safe. Money uses user-entered prices; fewer-cigarette counts, family-protection events, and points are not toxin doses, disease probabilities, or quantified child-harm reduction. Contact local emergency/crisis services for urgent symptoms or self-harm risk.
AI output can be inaccurate or unsuitable and must not be the sole basis for a medical decision. Community uses aliases but is not absolutely anonymous; do not submit identifying, sensitive-health, or unlawful content. Points and rankings may change for abuse prevention, corrections, or service rules.
Pro price, period, trial, and benefits appear before purchase. Apple processes payment. Unless cancelled in Apple ID subscription settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends, the subscription renews automatically and Apple charges the account. Manage/cancel in system settings and restore purchases in the app. Refunds and billing disputes follow Apple rules and non-waivable consumer rights. Deleting a BreatheEasy account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
The service may change, be interrupted, or end; permanent availability and results are not guaranteed. Users may stop and delete the account at any time. Warranties, liabilities, and consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected. These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, with disputes handled by the competent people’s court at the operator’s domicile. Contact: support@corrin.cc.
